Our Organisation

CIPAL is a governmental ICT-agency, an inter-municipal association of municipalities, cities, towns, Social Welfare Centers, Provinces and other public authorities. CIPAL provides its partners with state-of-the-art ICT solutions, tailor-made to the exact and specific needs of government.

Being an independent governmental "company", CIPAL is completely "self supporting" by way of the services offered to its partners/shareholders. Strict laws and regulations organize the composition of the boards of the inter-municipal association CIPAL.

Our Partners

Nowadays CIPAL has 196 associates (and still growing), consisting of municipalities, cities and towns, public social welfare centres, provincial authorities and other inter-municipal organisations. The fact that these public services joined CIPAL, shows the need of a firm collaboration of public authorities and public service companies in the framework of an inter-municipal association like CIPAL.
